Dr. B.L. Agarwal, holds the degrees of M.Sc. (Maths), M.Stat., Ph.D. He retired as professor and University Head, Department of Statistics and Mathematics of Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner with his posting at Rajasthan College of Agricultural, Udaipur, India. He has 31 years of experience of teaching various U.G. and P.G. statistics courses. he has also been highly engaged in statistical consultancy work. he has published a number of research papers in the journals of national and international repute. He has some other statistics books also to his credit.
